Together, as TCM Ireland, our aim is to provide a professional and affordable medical service to the people visiting our clinics and also generate awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ireland. Trad-Fit classes offer a unique approach to getting fit! This Irish-Dance inspired workout aims to tighten and tone whilst teaching you many of the traditional Irish dances like reels and jigs. Classes will start with the basics so previous dance experience isn't required. Each hour long class will focus on dance-inspired strength and conditioning exercises and nutritional and weight loss plans will also be provided. Classes are taught by Sarah Gillespie who currently works as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor in the K Club. As a previous World Qualifying Irish Dancer with extensive teaching experience in both Ireland and America, Sarah has combined her knowledge of fitness and dance to create this fun and motivating class.

Sharon McCarthy trained as a beauty therapist and qualified from Clodagh Swanson Beauty Training College in Kildare with an I.T.E.C. Beauty Therapist Diploma. After working in this area for many years Sharon saw a gap in the market for good grooming, and so achieved her ‘’Train The Trainer’’ Level 7 At N.U.I. Maynooth to qualify as a trainer and teach good grooming courses. Sharon also qualified as an image consultant, stylist and personal shopper from the Irish Image Consultants Institute and is the founder and managing director of Mini Steps Styling, which incorporates all of these areas into her business.
