At Cakes by Paula, I will create and design a cake for any occasion. Each cake is an individual creation and finished to a high standard.

My products include shortcrust pies, some topped with a puff pastry lattice and every market I bring a batch of Pork and Chorizo Sausage Rolls. My regular pies are: -Leek, Mature Cheddar and Red Onion Marmalade -Lamb and Rosemary -Traditional Steak and Kidney -Goats' Cheese with Mushroom, Pesto and Sundried Tomato -Balsamic Roasted Beets with Sweet Potato, Walnut and Gorgonzola (I also do a version suitable for vegans ) -Venison and Prune in Port Gravy This month's Pie of the Month is: Rabbit with Lemon and Tarragon; a zesty and aromatic flavour for this light, white meat. My pies of the month are: San Antonio style Chili Beef Beef and Chocolate Stout with Chestnut Mushroom Rabbit with Lemon and Tarragon Venison in Red Wine Gravy Greek Style Lemon Chicken Rabbit and Truffle Caribbean Mutton
