Sarah Baker who is Ballymaloe trained, established the Cookery School in 2009. The boutique style Guest rooms and intimate Ballroom wedding and events space complement the Cookery school in that Quality Food is the Centre of all our focus.Our hands on cookery classes will inspire you to cook for fun and create your own unique dishes at home. With an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local foods, learn both essential techniques and creative cooking in the intimate setting of our country house kitchen. We also offer one and two-day field trips for Transition Year students, combining our cookery classes with education in quality food production, practical cookery and food awareness in relation to the green agenda.
