Kilmeen Drama Group
Kilmeen Drama Group are based in Rossmore, Co. Cork and compete annually in the 3 Act & 1 Act amateur festival circuits. Kilmeen have appeared in the 3 Act Open All Ireland's, held in Athlone, on 19 occasions, winning the coveted All Ireland title 3 times, in 2006 with Tom Murphy's A CRUCIAL WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A GROCER'S ASSISTANT, in 2011 with another of Tom Murphy's plays A WHISTLE IN THE DARK and in 2012 with Conor McPherson's THE WEIR.
Kilmeen have also won the 1 Act Open All Ireland in 2011 with Enda Walsh's DISCO PIGS.
